The first half is quite interesting. The second half is a bizarre psychoanalysis bullshit.

Interesting notes:

  • It’s crazy for a person to think that, on their own, they will be able to unravel life’s mysteries and learn how to live a good life. Better people have spent entire lifetimes working out the answers, and they built on the work that came before them. In short, read and try to learn from established writings and traditions instead of trying to re-invent the wheel.
  • People can be guided by having, or by being. The latter is the better option.
  • I can live how you think is best, and can let go of the need I feel to justify it to others.
